Information You Choose to Send
Search Terms
When a visitor enters a name, location, or similar detail into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Stark County Inmate Population does not keep a separate log of those search terms on its own server.
Messages
If you email us or send a contact message, we may keep the information needed to read and answer it. Those messages are not shared outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

How the Information Is Used
- To keep the site available, readable, and reasonably fast.
- To send search requests to the correct partner service when a visitor uses a partner tool.
- To understand which Stark County jail, court, and locator pages are most useful.
- To locate errors, broken links, and technical problems.
- To display advertising that may be relevant to visitor interests.
Outside Websites
This site links to sheriff pages, jail and corrections resources, court portals such as Stark County CJIS, Ohio state lookup tools, federal locators, VINELink, and third-party search services. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy and data practices of the destination site apply.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure ad performance or tailor ads across websites. That tracking happens through the partner's technology, not through a public-records file held by this site.
